Our mission
At Aiki Labs, we empower teams to replace manual work and fragmented tools with purpose-built systems that actually get used. We believe tech should be understandable, reliable, and owned by the people who depend on it.
Our story
How Aiki Labs came to be
Aiki Labs was founded after working with enough small businesses to notice a pattern: critical operations running on spreadsheets nobody wanted to touch, approval processes living in someone's inbox, and automation stacks that only worked while a specific person was employed. The goal was simple — build the practical software that fixes those problems properly.
While artificial intelligence is part of what we do, we apply it thoughtfully and responsibly. Our focus is always on building reliable internal tools and automation that teams can depend on long term.
Based in Vienna and shaped by our Ukrainian roots, we bring resilience, discipline, and long-term thinking into every project we take on.
The people behind it
A small team with sharp focus
Aiki Labs is built by two founders who came together around a shared belief: that businesses should own the software they depend on, and that the right system — built properly — can remove years of accumulated manual work.
Danyl Daniliev
Founder & CTO
We started Aiki Labs after seeing how often businesses rely on spreadsheets and patched-together tools simply because nothing else fits their workflows. My background is in product management and information systems, which means I focus on how processes actually work — and how to design systems that support them properly. At Aiki Labs, I lead how projects are structured and delivered, with a focus on building solutions that are practical, reliable, and usable in real operations. We use AI where it genuinely helps, but the goal is always the same: build systems that work long-term, not just in a demo.
LinkedInVeronika Herasko
Co-founder & CMO
My role is to make sure we're solving the right problems before anything gets built. I spend a lot of time talking to clients and understanding how their work actually happens day to day — what's slowing things down, what's messy, and what could be done better. I focus on keeping things simple and grounded. It's easy to build something that looks impressive but doesn't really help, so I make sure we stay focused on what's actually useful. I also look after growth and client relationships, making sure working with us feels clear, straightforward, and genuinely helpful.
