One week, €2,500 fixed. Version and upgrade exposure, data model, integration integrity, performance, security, and a prioritised fix list you keep.

Support and maintenance
From €800 a month: response times, a fixed hour budget for changes, planned upgrades, and monitoring on the integrations. Includes taking over instances another agency built.
