Every project here is a production system. Some we built. One we ran for years inside someone else's company, which is why we maintain Pimcore.

Systems that are still running
Each of these went into production and stayed there. Two are Pimcore work for manufacturers, one is the portal our own clients log into, and the rest took over from a spreadsheet that had grown load-bearing without anyone deciding it should. Where a project is still under maintenance, the case study says so.

Things we build to push the architecture
Self-initiated builds where the technique was the point. Real-time state, multiplayer sync, and scoring under load are all easier to learn on something we own than on something a client depends on. What works comes back into client projects.
