The Challenge

KPI analysis and manager motivation were maintained manually in Excel. Data was exported and re-entered by hand, one person spent hours calculating commissions and checking formulas, and managers could not see their own progress until the central report was finished. The spreadsheet had become the system.

What We Built

  • Role-based login for administrators and managers, with each manager seeing only their own KPI, client list, and motivation data
  • KPI dashboard showing performance by company, brand, and manager, including yearly trends, fact vs plan, top clients, top products, and unpaid orders
  • Client management model linking each salon to multiple sole proprietors, with structured plans, key dates, and reminders
  • Automatic motivation calculation across base pay, brand commission, and new-client bonuses, plus PDF export for accounting
  • Excel import with browser-side validation before saving, supporting the client’s existing spreadsheet format
  • Telegram notifications for birthdays, missed plans, and KPI achievements

The Result

One internal system replacing the annual Excel file and the manual monthly reconciliation around it. Managers get live visibility into their own performance, administrators stop rebuilding KPI and commission reports by hand, and monthly reporting shifts from several hours of spreadsheet work to a process measured in minutes.
