PIM & DAM Consulting
Get product data and assets under control
When product information lives in spreadsheets and assets are scattered across drives, every channel update becomes manual and error-prone. We plan, build, and integrate PIM and DAM systems so your product data has one source of truth.
Founder-led from Vienna. Four years administering PIM (Pimcore), DAM (Canto), CRM (Dynamics), and the translation workflows behind multilingual, audited product documentation inside a regulated med tech manufacturer. That is hands-on operational experience, not slideware.

Where teams get stuck
Where product data and assets break down
Most PIM and DAM problems are not tooling problems. They are data-model and governance problems that surface as manual work, inconsistency, and slow launches.
Product data lives in spreadsheets
Attributes, variants, and channel-specific copy sit in fragile sheets that no single person fully owns, so every catalog update risks introducing errors.
A DAM rollout stalls halfway
Assets are uploaded but never governed: no consistent metadata, no rights tracking, no clear link between an asset and the product it belongs to.
Multilingual content is painful
Translations and localised assets are managed by hand across markets, so a single product change triggers a cascade of manual updates in every language.
Channels drift out of sync
The website, the shop, and the sales sheet all show slightly different data because nothing enforces one authoritative version of the product record.
What works better
What we actually do
We start with the data model and governance, then make the system fit how your team already works, instead of forcing the team to fit the tool.
PIM strategy and data model
We design the product data model, attribute structure, and validation rules so the catalog stays consistent as it grows.
DAM rollout and governance
We set up digital asset management with metadata standards, rights handling, and a clear link between assets and products.
Integrations and syndication
We connect PIM and DAM to your shop, website, ERP, and channels so data and assets flow automatically instead of by manual export.

How we work
How a PIM or DAM project runs
From first call to a system your team runs day to day, in clear steps with a fixed price after discovery.
Discovery call
approx. 30 to 45 minWe look at your catalog, channels, and current tools and tell you honestly where the leverage is.
Audit and data model
approx. 1 to 2 weeksWe map the current product data and assets, then design the data model, governance, and target architecture with a fixed-price proposal.
Build and integrate
approx. 3 to 6 weeksWe implement the PIM or DAM, migrate data, and build the integrations to your shop, website, and ERP.
Rollout and training
approx. 1 weekWe onboard the team, document the workflows, and adjust the system to real day-to-day use.
Run and extend
ongoingWe host and maintain the system and extend it as your catalog and channels grow.
Focused PIM or DAM engagements typically start around €6,000; smaller integrations and audits start from about €2,500. Fixed price after the discovery call.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
What does a PIM or DAM project cost?
Smaller integrations and audits start from about €2,500, while a focused PIM or DAM build typically starts around €6,000. We give you a fixed price after the discovery call, once the scope is clear.
How long does a PIM or DAM implementation take?
A first usable version is normally ready in three to six weeks. We deliver in stages so you see value early instead of waiting for one large launch.
PIM vs DAM: what is the difference and do we need both?
A PIM manages structured product data; a DAM manages assets like images and documents. Many teams need both, but we often start with whichever is causing the most manual work and connect the second later.
Can you work with our existing PIM or DAM instead of replacing it?
Yes. If the platform is sound, we fix the data model, governance, and integrations around it rather than starting over. We only recommend replacing a system when it genuinely cannot support how you work.
Do we need internal developers to maintain it afterwards?
No. We host and maintain the system long-term so you do not need an in-house team. We also hand over full source code and documentation if you prefer to take it in-house.

Have product data or assets that have outgrown spreadsheets?
Tell us about your catalog, your channels, and where the manual work is. We will tell you whether PIM, DAM, or a tighter integration is the right next step.
