Who we are
This website is operated by Aiki Labs, a software development studio based in Vienna, Austria. We can be reached at contact@aikilabs.tech.
What information we collect
When you use the contact form, jobs form, or SME Operations Bottleneck Audit on this site, we collect the information you voluntarily submit. Depending on the form, this may include your name, work email address, company name, role, team size, industry, website, answers you provide in the audit, optional free-text comments, and whether you requested a 30-minute call.
We use this information only to process your submission, send you the requested audit result or reply, notify our team internally, and follow up if you ask us to contact you.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with unrelated third parties for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
How audit form data is handled
The SME Operations Bottleneck Audit currently does not store submissions in a separate database. Instead, the information you submit is processed server-side and sent by email both to you and to our team so we can deliver the report and respond if requested.
To operate this workflow, we use a transactional email provider as a processor on our behalf. That provider is used only to deliver the audit result and internal notification, not for its own marketing or independent use of your data.
We do not share audit form data with unrelated third parties. We only use the service providers strictly necessary to run the form and communicate with you.
Analytics and site performance
We would like to use analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with our site — for example, which pages are visited most, how visitors arrive, and how they navigate. This helps us improve the site over time.
These tools are only activated if you explicitly accept. They do not load by default. You can accept or reject their use when you first visit the site, and you can change your choice at any time using the option below.
The tools we use, if you accept, are:
- Google Analytics (provided by Google LLC) — measures website traffic and page performance. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can learn more at policies.google.com/privacy.
- Microsoft Clarity (provided by Microsoft Corporation) — records anonymised session interactions such as mouse movements, clicks, and scroll patterns to help us understand usability. You can learn more at privacy.microsoft.com.
If you reject analytics, none of these tools load and no tracking data is collected about your visit.
Third-party services
This site may link to external websites or services that have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the data practices of those external sites. Where we rely on a service provider to operate a site function, such as transactional email delivery, that provider acts on our behalf to deliver the service you requested.
Data retention and your rights
Contact, jobs, and audit submissions are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver the requested audit result, handle any follow-up conversation, and maintain a reasonable business record of the interaction. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@aikilabs.tech.
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data.
Updates to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
